Candlestick

Reference: b (177)

In his book Worker in Wood Jim says that when he was a student he did not realize he was not a wood carver. He carved this candlestick after school hours He had an extensive collection of carving tools which he used in detailing. The book gives a date of 1956. That would have been during the time he was at the Malmsten school.
